Plan Your SUTIL Event
We’re so glad that you’d like us to visit your school!
Our Post-Secondary Education (PSE) events provide your grade 9-12 students with the chance to exercise their curiosity and plan for their future. Students will interact with institutions from across Western Canada that represent colleges, universities, trades, technical schools, and career specific training opportunities that are available to them after high school.

SUTIL is here to make planning your event a breeze. Our September-December travel is divided by region and managed by a PSE (post-secondary education) committee member. Your contact from the committee will help you choose a format, can suggest options for easy planning, will email you a “What to Expect” package at the beginning of the semester, and can answer your SUTIL related questions. We’ll do our best to accommodate your school’s needs.

Before we begin, there are few things we’d like you to know:
- Member Attendance at Events: Our full members attend all events. Associate member attendance is based on space availability of the host school. You can view our list of members here.
- Non-Members at Events: Local employers may be included in events. If a Non-SUTIL post-secondary institution would like to attend, they must contact the SUTIL Chair to obtain permission from the SUTIL Executive.
- Other Schools at Events: We want to provide information to as many Saskatchewan students as possible. You are encouraged to invite neighbouring schools to attend the event if your school has the capacity to do so. We can assist you in facilitating this – just ask!
- Event Timing: It is important that events end on time so that we may safely travel to our next destination.
- Set-Up & Take Down: When possible, we can arrive early to assist with set up and help with takedown at the end of the event. This is dependent on our travel schedule and where we may be coming from or leaving to that day.
- Student Engagement: Valuable connection with students is crucial to a successful event. We can provide you with a list of questions in a bingo card format to foster discussion at the booths. For other tips, talk to your PSE coordinator.
